In the future, research through internet will be even more used that it's been done nowadays. CATI - Data collecting by telephone


Interviews are carried out directly on computer, doing the data automatic consistency, reducing mistakes and elevating the quality of information. The client can follow the data collecting course, straight from his office, through a follow-up link.
